Additional Membership Information

Eligibility: Any residential homeowner may enroll. The USA plan is for systems 12 years old or newer. ESA plans are ideal for older systems. For oil systems, units must be installed by Fresh Air Concepts.
Maintenance Visits: ESA and DC ESA plans include 2 visits per year. The USA plan includes 3 in the first year. Visits are performed in the spring and fall.
Payment Terms: Credit cards are required for monthly billing. Memberships will be void if payments are declined or returned. No refunds will be issued.
IAQ Add-On: Add-on plan costs do not include filters, tanks, or other components.
Level One Condenser Coil Cleaning is included with all plans unless otherwise noted.
Pricing is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Fresh Air Concepts management.
Only services and benefits listed in the Membership Agreement are included.
Memberships begin the day the agreement is processed and remain active for 12 months.
Cancellations must be made 30 days before the end of the current Membership Agreement to avoid automatic renewal. Cancellation may be in the form of written notice or verbal communication with our office.
Extended Warranties: Some warranty plans require active membership. Check with your Comfort Consultant for details.
