  My furnace failed a couple of days ago. FAC had installed it many years ago, and I was happy with them back then, so I called them for the repair. I spoke with Emily and she got me on the schedule that day. She was polite, efficient, and very helpful. My technician, Walter, arrived and immediately began the repair. He was quick in his diagnosis and rapidly made the repair. He represented FAC in a positive manner. I will gladly have them do any repairs in the future
