Fresh Air Concepts Wins the Carrier President's Award for the Ninth time!
Fresh Air Concepts is extremely pleased to announce that we were recently awarded the Carrier President’s Award for the Ninth year, previously becoming one of only four Factory Authorized Dealers nationwide to receive this award seven years in a row. The President’s Award is Carrier’s highest honor for its dealers and is presented annually to an elite group who has gone above and beyond the status quo even in the face of challenges and change. The 2024 winners all received high scores on a set of criteria established by Carrier, criteria that seek to identify model dealers whose performance demonstrated year-over-year professionalism through and with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

This award is presented to only the Top 2% of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers each year.
