• Check air- flow across the indoor coil
• Lubricate all moving parts (unless permanently sealed)
• Replace air filters
• Check air- flow across outdoor coil
• Check indoor fan relay
• Check compressor contactor
• Check all electrical wiring and connections
• Check condensate piping and pans for leakage and drainage
• Clean condensate drains
• Check indoor coil and clean when necessary
• Check operating pressures
• Check temperature drop across indoor coil
• Check super heat and sub cooling
• Check reversing valve (heat pumps only)
